Love Starbucks' standards. I travel for work and I know I can always expect a great cuppa when I visit.
The slowest location around. Empty drive thru took 11 minutes for 3 drinks and when asked why so long the girl smirked and said I dunno instead of sorry guys. They often make mistakes in orders and always argue. Last time I hit reg milk instead oatmilk and got eye rolls
I don’t understand what happened to this location, but it has become increasingly longer wait times, sometimes up to 10 minutes for the drive-through. They used to be so quick and efficient and I’m not sure if there’s new hires that are still in training or what else is going on but it’s just so very frustrating most of the time. The staff is very friendly and kind and there’s no issues with that whatsoever, but the efficiency is no longer there. Please address it.
