This review is for the Starbucks in Parsippany, NJ. I placed a mobile order ahead of time specifically to make my stop quick and convenient, but instead I was stuck in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes just to pick up a drink that had already been ordered and paid for. Waiting that long completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
