Very rude women at the drive thru both times I came here while I was in town. I would maybe think about doing a training on how to speak to customers. Save yourself the rude interaction and go to another Starbucks.
I just wanna say that this is the worst Starbucks that you could possibly ever go to the service is shitty. The employee that took me and my boyfriend's order was rude and got both drinks completely wrong So never again will they have my service.
For the past 2 weeks, I have tried to order at about 5:45AM, first time mobile pickup, second time drive thru. The website says that the store opens at 4:30AM but the lights were off and the doors were locked? The first time my mobile inside pickup had to be through the drive thru. The second time I waited at the drive thru window and received no service. What gives? Why aren't we open over an hour after store hours? Some people work at 6AM and is wanting something to drink too!
