Almost always rude. Today was especially bad and that’s the reason I finally decided to make this review. I was given a hot drink instead of an iced one. I wasn’t mad about it, mistakes happen. The person at the drive thru window was very rude and dismissive when I mentioned it. I recently moved to the area and this is the Starbucks closest to me now. I continually give them chances once or twice a week, but the quality of my drinks is always a gamble. One day it’ll be perfect, the next it’ll be wrong and taste horrible. It’s literally a 50/50 with this place, which is NOT ok. The people are ok… not overly friendly like other Starbucks, buts that’s honestly ok with me. I really just want consistency with my drinks for what I’m paying.
