I am not one to leave reviews, let alone bad ones, but my husband and I thought if we could help someone avoid what we just experienced we should! This location had AWFUL customer service. There were maybe 4 cars ahead of us and we were in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Just received my door dash and all three drinks were not made correctly. I ordered the Mocha Frapp and it tastes like ice and coffee. No Mocha. My daughter's Mocha cookie crumble is just coffee and chocolate. An the Iced Carmel Latte was the same...not one drink made correctly. Won't be doing that again.
Waiting 20m for a coffee. No thanks
