Store is dirty, the staff are rude and unprofessional , and the coffee is always burnt.
Quick service nice people
Rude employes. If they judge u to be homeless or low income they look down their noses and usually just kick you out, whether or not your a paying customer or their judgments are wrong.i saw them being completely and unneccesairily mean to a PREGNANT yound lady who nicely asked for water. they snerred at her saying she needs to pay for it (which she ended up doin) after making her wait at least 10 minutes before awknowleging her standing at the registers. Amazing staff and fast service.
This is by far the worst of the chain. These employees specifically at this location need to be trained better on customer service and etiquette. I stop to get breakfast and use a bathroom while on shift and everytime they are yelling at me threw the store repeatedly asking if I have an order which I always do, not just one employee asks when I finally obtain the code a d use the restroom as I come out the employees are yelling out my name again almost taunting me about my order.
