Poor customer service skills I asked to use the restroom and got told that I had to make a purchase before I could even use the restroom just went through the drive-thru and told him I forgot my husband's water and told me I had to make a purchase for that and I explained to them but I just went to the drive-thru and they told me that I had to make a new purchase they're very rude and very inconsiderate I do understand due to the area the Starbucks is in that they may see a lot of things but don't treat your loyal customers ... read more

Service is very slow
If i could give 0 stars I would. Even though I already had a drink from Starbucks, they wouldnt let me use the restroom. They said I would have to buy something to use the restroom even after I explained that I already bought two items from them. Do not go to this location, I have never had this happen to me at any other Starbucks. I am disgusted by how they treat their customers. This location is very greedy.
