The barista fella just added a $2 tip himself to my $3 coffee order and when confronted about it he pretended to be confused. Beware of theft at this Starbucks.
For the second time, I placed a mobile order and when I went to pick it up, they told me that the order must have gone to another store. When I showed them my order receipt they made the order and had different excuses for why they had not made the order in the first place. The baristas are always very nice, but from what I have noticed, the manager does not seem to pay much attention to what is going on.
