This Starbucks is so amazing! I went to a Starbucks location in the south suburbs where they ran out of chai and suggested another choice but it was coffee. I was unaware until I began to take a sip and I was no longer near the location. I came to this location and they immediately asked "how was I and what's wrong?" The attentiveness and concern was so appreciative. I told them my situation and they offered to make me a Chai Latte, no ifs, ands, or buts. It brighten my day so much! I visit this Starbucks frequently and the consistency of not just the food and drinks but the energy and the smile when you’re greeted is amazing. The manager Adrian in particular is by far the best. If I didn’t have a job already I’d probably be trying to work there because of her. You can tell the staff is very happy which helps the operation run very smoothly.
