I ordered through the drive-thru, and halfway through my order, the employee Paulina passed me over to another coworker. The interaction felt a little uncomfortable, and I felt like she was somewhat avoidant. I understand that things can get busy and there may have been a reason for the handoff, but from a customer’s perspective, the experience could have been handled more smoothly and professionally. The business was not busy at all.
8/27 8:10 am barista was very rude and unpleasant about my mobile order.
This one consistently has mobile order issues. Not the employees fault, but its every other time I come now. They didnt get my mobile order or they lost it.
