The barista is really kind. He treats you very well. The place looked clean and organized.
Great place for meet-ups. Staff is friendly and there’s a lot of seating choices indoor/outdoor.
I am a frequent visitor to Laguna Niguel from out of town. Stopped in this SB a couple of times. Both times the same lady at the register was rude and I think she intentionally screwed up the top on my coffee and it spilled all over the inside of my car. She's the redhead It seems Starbucks workers think "they" are special and we should be happy they are willing to serve us.
Poorly trained employees. Waiting for mobile order asked for water-worker kept asking it I bought something - come on bro just give me a water 😭😭
