Honestly, I don't love leaving a poor review, but after patronizing this location for almost 4 years only because of convenience, I've seen it all & my most recent experience was the breaking point. My review of this location isn't reflective of all of the employees, though I feel like there are only a couple of individuals who are so very valued & kind. Drive-thru service was friendly and upbeat, but my "Hot Matcha Latte" was luke warm at best and half the matcha powder was clumped and not in any way mixed into the drink. Taste was off at first until a huge chunk of powder made me gag. Totally unacceptable, and undrinkable.
The lemonade had so much ice, only 3 sips and gone. That is not nice. Paid $6.75 for cup of ice and 2 ounces of drink.
It’s my birthday today and they gave me the friendliest welcoming and also wished me happy birthday. Bless the man who helped me. Made my whole day. You guys are the best Always and forever only will go to you guys.
