Stopped in here after a doctors appointment to get something to drink and to relax a little bit and this is the perfect place for it. They have nice soft music playing very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is remarkable. Such kindness! From the moment you entered to the moment you leave, they are looking for ways to accommodate and take care of their customers. Quick efficient excellent at their jobs.
Great store, drinks were good. Busy, long wait Saturday afternoon, they did well, just waited a little longer than we like.
First off, we frequent Starbucks often and have no complaints whatsoever ever 😊 Today my girlfriend and I order a venti cold brew to share, and asked for cold foam on the side. We were told that this isn’t possible (even though we have not had an issue with this at any other location). My girlfriend restated the request politely just to confirm we all heard each other correctly. She said that cold foam needs to be on the drink and can NOT come as a side with the drink. I ordered a venti iced pumpkin chai and I got barely any cold foam on top. If I spend $8 on a drink I would like it to be made right every time. Service was good though so that’s a plus.
