The to go packing is worse. Starbucks packaging quality getting worse day by day Look like New CEO will screw up starbucks soon I ordered sandwich and the To Go paper bag quality is worse. Come in you are charging 6$ for sandwich then please get some proper to go box. My sandwich was opened by the time i reach home. I will not stop eating here.

Hahaha, I went in to pay for a hot water, and the lady at the counter said she is unable to give me any sort of water hot or cold with out a purchase. Ok, I'll purchase a hot water. She just said I'm sorry a few times until I walked away very confused.
