Almost every time I order ahead, I have to wait at least 10 minutes past the pickup time. Often longer. The pace is visibly slow when there is a crowd of people waiting. No one is pleased.
Hot Macha and hot chocolate to go.
Care more about mobile orders than those waiting and ordered in person. Didn't even provide me my large ice water and made me late to work today. Was there for over 15 minutes.
Came for 2 drinks. It took 10 min to take my order and 30 min to receive it, despite there being no one in line ahead of me. They served 4-5 people ahead of me who walked in with a mobile order. Something feels wrong about that when you are the person in line.
