My drink was made wrong but the customer service to fix it and make sure my experience was great was a 10/10. Nicest workers

Ive noticed the last few times ive come they have a cashier who struggles to keep up with the multi tasking of the taking orders and running ovens. I had to ask 3 people for my sandwich. Which I got in line to get a refund, turns out she was taking food out and not communicating to the team. So the hot food is cold by the time you get it. I was confused because theres enough bodies on the floor. Maybe it was a weird day
Great experience. Drink was nice as was atmosphere and service.
My partner got a peach green tea lemonade that tasted like water. I got an iced soya vanilla latte without the vanilla! yuk! Headed to another Starbucks. What a disappointment and waste of money.
