probably the worst drink experience i’ve ever gotten at a Starbucks or any coffee shop shop. The person who served me was clearly incompetent. I gave her my custom order that I have been ordering for months now and she told me I was wrong about my order and it wasn’t something they did. She also rudely explained it. Starbucks, do better. On Sunday morning, September 21, the service was disastrous. They don’t ask for your name or the size of your drink. They simply make it and throw it on the counter. It’s a shame Indian Land only has this one location, because it makes you never want to come back. All the customers were just staring at their cups, not knowing if they were theirs or if that was what they had ordered. Truly disappointing. And on top of that, an unbearably loud music was playing.
I usually drink it everyday but the last two days they brewed it really bad and it has no taste
