Been a daily Starbucks customer for years. In Virginia Beach and Columbus Ohio. Only visited this Starbucks across from Sun City bc I'm visiting elderly family. I requested an extra hot flat white and I'm always careful. This was ridiculously hot. And it tasted burnt. When I drive around it made sense, no one was in line just zip to the window. This is the best shaken espresso I’ve ever had…and I’m quite the enthusiast!! The person at the register was very friendly!
I just asked the water dispenser for my child, but they refused to give it to me and insisted that I buy something instead. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
Horrible and very slow plus rudeness and carelessness 0 is not enough to describe it
