The staff ignores the presence of customers, they are busy with their own business and do not serve visitors. TEACH THESE GIRLS HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS!!!
Avoid if you can. Workers are unfriendly, takes forever and product Is inferior. I go farther to go to a real Starbucks. These grocery store Starbucks are always bad.
It's loud not really a good chill spot, but more pick up something on the go. Mainly I'm mad they made my drink 80% ice, like hello nit what I paid for.
This is not a great location. Mobile orders are typically ignored and the quality just isn’t the same as other Starbucks locations.
I ordered coffee off of the Starbucks mobile app and after arriving to pick it up, I was told that they were unable to make it due to not having the correct syrups. I was okay with that and asked if I then could have a refund and the manager told me that it was complicated and that I had to get another drink. Even with making note of my dietary restrictions, she made a false statement claiming all drinks with oat milk have the same nutrition which was not a solution I could do.
