The costumer service was very unpleasant
I really like the staff. The place is always busy, so they are always moving. They are friendly & pretty fast. The food choices are few & overpriced, but tasty. I don't work at the hospital, but my husband has been a patient here long enough one of the employees remembers my drink order, which is kind of nice.
I had very bad experience there the stuff was so rude and price over charged and my drink was wrong when i tried to call they didnt pick up and when they picked they hung up
I visit this location regularly before appointments. It is actually one of the better locations. The coffee is pretty good and so is the food. The service is usually good. The atmosphere is typical and good. So, overall, a good location and better than many other Starbucks locations. Feedback It was not great today. There were no other customers, but the tables were not clean.
