I am Sharing this in hopes that it can make the slightest difference foe the next person. I lost 30 minutes of my life waiting to leave empty handed and in shock at how unbelievably careless the servers were. First I stood waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes to place my order and not one of the three girls there even lifted thier heads to acknowledge I was waiting. Service is usually pretty poor. Long wait times to place orders as there’s no dedicated staff just for register. Constantly messing up drink orders. Prices are higher because a portion goes to charity which is fine but they need to step it up all around.
Um??? The new staff is incompetent and rude.
It is a true shame what this establishment has come to. It’s obvious the new management doesn’t care about costumer satisfaction. I’ve been coming here for years and there used to be so many friendly familiar faces, the young girls who were there every night made me feel right at home. The new staff is cold, the new staff is rude, the new staff can’t make a drink right to save their lives. They don’t even speak English, in a hospital none the less.
