I visited the location on August 7th to start my day. I had two matches and a frappe. My server, Lyle, seemed bothered when taking my order. I requested two water cups for my child, who was thirsty and wanted water. Lyle informed me that I had to wait because he wanted to take the next customer’s order. Visited the Starbucks at Menlo Mall and ordered drinks and snacks. The drinks were good as expected, but the snack portions were very small, and the taste was just average—definitely not worth the price. One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of seating. Good location but service could be better
This Starbucks location is a disaster. There’s a lady working here with chains on and a backwards hat who is extremely unprofessional. She’s rude, loud, and carries herself in a way that makes the entire environment uncomfortable. Honestly, it’s ghetto in there. Everything I’ve ordered from here tastes disgusting — drinks are off, food is stale, and it seems like nobody takes any pride in their work. As others have experienced, there is a woman working at this location that is unprofessional, rude and is single-handedly making this location awful. Stopped here three times in three days. She was working two of the days. Backwards hat, chains, and calling one of the employees stupid. He was obviously new and she was just laying in to him.
