I have visited this Starbucks location multiple times as a delivery driver this week, and the service has been consistently unacceptable. Staff have ignored me, delayed handing over orders, and shown no regard for delivery drivers who are essential to fulfilling customer orders. This behavior is completely unprofessional and must be addressed immediately. Management needs to take responsibility and ensure all drivers are treated with basic respect, or it reflects poorly on the store and the brand as a whole.
The crew here is super awesome. I have to live to the drive-thru get greeted. It's refreshing to see the kind of customer service.
