I dropped by in the morning before work to get my coffee and today was the captain sleeve promotion. When given my order, I didn't see the captain sleeve. I asked the barrister about it and was upset and rude. He stated the sleeves were not meant to be given today. I really didn't want to deal with his attitude so I took off. I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a couple of drinks, but my order wasn’t prepared correctly, and I had to ask multiple times just to get something close to what I wanted. It felt like they were just giving me whatever instead of paying attention to the order. I went back to the store to speak with a manager and returned the drink, but she didn’t acknowledge the situation or offer any kind of apology.
