I had a basic order of a small mocha and a drip coffee. I was asked if I wanted a stopper for the drip coffee but was not given a stopper for the mocha. I had a heck of a time trying to get the attention of two people behind the counter to get a drink carrier. By the time I got home, the mocha splashed all over the drink carrier. The service was terrible! I’m pissed off that I gave them a tip. The coffee order was almost $10. It would be nice to get a smile, a thank you or at least eye contact.
