HORRIBLE customer service. I walk in to order two sandwiches. After waiting 15 minutes for my order I ask one of the female employees working if she can check on my order. About 5 minutes later this female employee with dirty blondish hair and glasses throws my food on the counter right in front of me. So I walk over and tell her that she needs to work on her customer service and not throw people’s food. Some employees are not attentive with drink orders. It seems like they don’t care what they are giving customers, and I say that because it’s happened more than once. Rush or not, it seems like they aren’t giving what you ask for. Cheli is the opposite of this review. She is my favorite barista. She is attentive and respectful. She is amazing.
I placed an order at 8:40AM, got a notification it was ready, and I waited 10 minutes for my drink to even be “ready” when I got there but the order status said it was already ready… I went ahead and asked Malory and she proceeded to be rude about asking her if my drink will be ready soon because my status says it’s ready and I had already been standing there for 10 minutes. This isn’t the first awkward interaction with this exact employee and every time I see her at the bar I already know im going to have to wait 20 minutes... read more
