Please educate your employee MALLORY on how to provide better customer service. Everytime we have come by and she is working the bar, she never fails to have a snobby attitude. I asked her the status of my drink and she proceeded to tell me that "it'll be right with you" and rolled her eyes as she walked away, not even making direct eye contact. I get people can have bad days but everyday, seriously? I'm not sure if it is a personal issue or something but please tell your baristas to be more kind! :)
