We had placed a mobile order and since there isn’t a option to get a cup of iced water. we went in line to see if we could get one. the barista it’s one of the older ladies there she responded really rude and unkind. She said that we have to order something and we told we placed mobile orders and just said well next time place it with your mobile order. We checked and I don’t think there’s a way to do that.
