I unfortunately had an experience...I ordered a dark roast venti coffee for my husband with 2 raw sugars and 1 Splenda. It wasn't till I got home that he realized they'd put milk in his coffee. It wasn't on the sticker so it was a mistake on their part.It was before 7am and I got back in my car too get another coffee because he can't have milk.I went inside and after telling what happened they remade my order.I felt something should have been done to compensate me driving back too the store..I was told they don't do any type... read more
