I always do a quick stop to visit Amanda at Macys Starbucks before entering the mall She does the best delicious drinks from matcha to espresso she’s does really amazing job at delivering a good cup of anything!! her amazing customer service is very professional and very knowledgeable about what her customers want 10/10 look for Amanda
Extremely slow. Got my drinks 15 minutes after what the mobile app says. I also ordered a snack thru the app which they don't have in stock but never updated online. They didn't even tell me before I waited even longer and asked for it. They also refused to provide refund and told me to call Starbucks customer service. This is a terrible experience and I advise not going here.
Regular Starbucks - got the strawberry lemonade and it was okay.
Specifically said to put extra and they skimp it. The light skin with the glasses needs to just quit since he can’t do simple tasks right. Guess I won’t be going here anymore. Also, it’s fun to watch your stocks plunge btw, it’s definitely within good reason if you treat your customers like this all the time, I can’t wait to see Starbucks go bankrupt. That’ll be fun news to watch on tv.
