Gave me wrong drink two times! I ordered an iced coffee & received a hot one they remade my drink by pouring the hot coffee into a plastic cup and putting ice in it smh.
Bro this baffles me that way people act in the service industry. I’m in the service industry so I know that I have high standards but still these things are so ridiculous and silly. Example, I placed a mobile order as I was pulling up to the DT in reality no difference than ordering at the box correct? If I order there they get it right at that moment. I personally do not know when it happened, but I really love how this place makes my grande blonde cappuccino w 2% milk, 2 pumps of classic syrup and cinnamon… all I know that it never fails to make me feel awesome! :D The folks who work here are really chill and I just appreciate the lil things. The notes on the cup are bonus, thanks for making this drink even sweeter with no added stuff
