I personally do not know when it happened, but I really love how this place makes my grande blonde cappuccino w 2% milk, 2 pumps of classic syrup and cinnamon… all I know that it never fails to make me feel awesome! :D The folks who work here are really chill and I just appreciate the lil things. The notes on the cup are bonus, thanks for making this drink even sweeter with no added stuff
To start off, I usually go to this location and it’s fine. Drive thru, no issues. So. Seems to be a manufacturer error and not a staff error. There was an entire plastic fork enclosed in my spinach feta egg wrap. Not really sure how this is even possible since everything is premade. A few bites in I feel something hard. I look and slide out a plastic fork. Keeping in mind this wrap is closed at the ends. It is exactly what I needed at 730 am before my shift. Writing this to bring it to attention so it does not happen again ... read more
