Workers are busy talking and making Conversations while they have many orders to make. They complain about the long line yet they continue to talk instead of tending to the orders. They were gossiping and arguing as the line got longer and longer. Don’t recommend at all.
Ordered an light iced matcha. They handed me a hot matcha with 2 ice cubes in it and seemed annoyed that I pointed out the error. Huh??? The new CEO should really consider improved training and service in order to improve its bottom line. Starbucks customers pay more because they expect a particular level of service and quality. Starbucks isn't the same as it once was.
