Extremely rude service in the drive thru. When I asked what came on the sandwich since it wasn't shown on the menu you can clearly hear one of the workers say "what do you think" in a very rude tone. When I got to the window and let the worker at the window know her only response was "oh,ok" not even an apology. I've frequent this location quite often but will no longer be stopping here anymore by how you treat customers who are simply asking a question.
Very rude service. The customer service is an absolute 0. These barista’s need better training. These policy’s they have make no sense. Drinks are already expensive, and asking for a cup of water shouldn’t be a big deal. Specially after spending already. Will NEVER GO BACK ! I already payed for my order but forgot to ask for a cup of water, I went back to ask for the cup for water and they denied my order. Theres only one person to serve at the Store. There are over 10 cars in line for the drive through. I’ve been waiting 15min. For real you only have money to pay for 1 worker?
