I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, and I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing the same exact order for me…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. Sherman was cleaning his area because he was done with his shift and did something that I was not expecting…and I consider that “OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE”…thanks Sherman and Jackie…you guys Rock!!!
Great customer service definitely coming back. Max was super nice and definitely put an extra touch to our drinks with what we specifically ordered. Very very happy. Came with my husband to have our fav drinks after a long day of work and to get exactly what you want is the best part of coming and such a mix gentleman thank you Max! :)
I would like to share a very upsetting experience I had at one of your Starbucks locations in Kingsview Shopping center in Germantown MD. this morning when I asked for the bathroom code, the cashier (an Asian woman, I don't know her name) spoke to me in a very rude manner and asked if I had made a purchase.
