Should have listened to those other bad reviews. Service was 0/5 if I could. Mobile ordered a generic pumpkin spice latte, nothing crazy or fancy. Ordered it mobile order ahead around 9:00am. Said it would be ready at latest 9:09am. Got there around 9:10am and I waited until 9:25pm for my simple drink. (See screenshot below of exact time I got my coffee finally, 9:25am).
