This location is one where you can’t earn rewards at. They fail to mention this until you’ve already paid. Glad I was able to get a refund and go to a standalone location.

I did not get food. Just my venti hot white chocolate mocha through the drive thru. Customer service was great but as soon as I was handed my drink I noticed it felt lighter than normal so I took the lid off to see what’s in the picture which was a the amount in the cup. I don’t expect it to be filled to the rim but the amount in my cup would fit in a grande cup.
