Very slow service. I lasted 30 to 45 min for A dam coffee. Thats bad. Coffee does not tale that long to make.
I ordered an iced latte and they made it hot. When I brought the error to their attention, they basically just poured it out into a cup of ice but the ice melted so quickly that my iced latte wasn't very cold. I know mistakes happen, not mad about that, just disappointed I didn't have a cold drink on a hot day.
Really watered down and over-creamed ice coffee. When made aware of it, they looked confused and offered iced coffee in a cup to dump my watered coffee into. Never offered to remake it and I'm just not going to ask at that point. Unfortunately you can't correct a Starbucks coffee like that or at home, so it's a waste. Not always bad, just a one off. I go through the drive thru here all the time and the baristas taking my orders are never friendly, they always make it seem like I’m ordering through a fast food drive through rather than a typical Starbucks coffee house
