Worst experience ever. DO NOT order from this Starbucks if you want your money stolen. I ordered a SINGULAR COFFEE I’m literally down the street not even a 2 minute drive, and it took 2 diff dashers, a visit to customer support, and still no sign of where my coffee is, this is the worst experience ever!! On top of that they REFUSED TO REMAKE their screw up!! I will be sure to make it known this is the worst one to come to!! I would also like a refund!
Order a pink drink with protein milk and no fruit the first time got the strawberrys and the second time was not protein milk the third time she finally got it but had a bad attitude as someone who worked in the food industry if you get it wrong you fix it without a attitude
We serviced this Starbucks during a snow event, and the woman working (who I assume was the manager) went out of her way to take care of us. The first time we were there, she surprised us with a few drinks on the house, which honestly meant a lot after pushing snow for days straight. The next time we came through, I fully expected to pay and told her I was happy to do so. She still gave us a very generous discount, and I paid for drinks for my whole crew. Better keep your receipt if you order a large size they will give you the smallest
Better ask for a receipt otherwise they will charge you for the venti that you ask for and happily give you a grande.
