I've been going to Starbucks forever I'm a gold member. I've ordered the same thing for 7 years at a few locations and for the first time without asking Luz From this location put a block out sticker on my drink without me having to ask. I order a cold brew black no ice. She knew it was for a later time. Finally somebody gets me!! Thank you girl
Great service horrible at communicating about a flavor no longer being available and so they have you waiting almost an hour with your other drinks getting watered down. Second time this happens.
