I’m sorry but customer service is everything for a business. While I still enjoy the coffee, I am truly disheartened with your employee Mickey. At least that was the name on the apron. I walked in to get my order, and stood there for a good solid 5 minutes before I even chose to say anything, trying to be patient for the morning rush coffee, and trying to understand they were busy.
