I love that I made a special request and they had no problems accommodating that request. Many Starbucks will dismiss the request and then I have to ask for a separate cup of steamed milk to accommodate the request of no room.
I’m a very indecisive person and sometimes take a moment to think about what I want. The staff did not make me feel rushed and Tegan even asked what flavors I liked and came up with something delicious for me. It’s now my new usual drink. The food was delicious and warmed up for me so I decided to stay and eat there that day. Very nice staff Bri was great and kept it spotless. Highly recommend the berry blondie!
Staff is unprofessional, the place was dirty, I waited for an espresso for over 25 minutes. When I asked what the status of my drink was, I was looked over/ nobody responded to me. I was sitting under the machine unattended. It seems like there is a lack of management oversight. I am super disappointed with this location. Terrible.
