Visiting Miami from Dallas and had such a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be there, which made the whole atmosphere really welcoming. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an iced decaf oat milk latte, and everything was great. I especially wanted to give Richard a shoutout! He was so kind, helpful, and gave great service. Definitely appreciated starting my morning with such a positive experience!

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Fui a solicitar un reembolso y nadie parecía saber cómo procesarlo. La empleada fue poco amable y nada servicial, y la gerente no logró resolver el problema.
