Pésimo servicio al cliente. Fui a solicitar un reembolso y nadie parecía saber cómo procesarlo. La empleada fue poco amable y nada servicial, y la gerente no logró resolver el problema. Pasé casi 20 minutos allí mientras intentaban convencerme de aceptar una tarjeta de regalo en lugar de devolverme mi dinero. Toda la experiencia fue frustrante y una completa pérdida de tiempo.
