the service here is great, don’t get me wrong. still, it is disheartening as a customer to see the employees here being treated poorly. i believe his name is Paul. i have walked in on countless times where this staff member berates the baristas and gets into verbal arguments with them. extremely unprofessional and disappointing. kearny starbucks, do better for these hard workers.
