The most friendly SB we have ever visited! They greet everyone and say goodbye when people exit. They even brought us our order (we are early 70s). We will be back!
This is the BEST iced lavender matcha I have ever had! Officially my go to Starbucks in Northern VA
I come into this Starbucks everyday sometimes twice in a day and they get my drink WRONG 75% of the time. My order is literally on the cup and it’s still wrong. The manager has even made the drink wrong several times. The last manager team was 1000 percent better than this management team. They were a friendly team that made the atmosphere more inviting. They made it a point to get my drink correct and to make sure the barista double checked. This new group is opposite of that. I hope the switch in management is coming again... read more
