Dude in the drive thru automatically giving himself a tip right when I go to tap my card, smh not going there again
I don't like it when people delete reviews, history of service is important. But am back at four stars. I've visited several more times and service is consistent. The only reason it's not five stars is because I've been getting hot drinks lately, not cold, and I'll add a fifth star back when I order something "no ice" and it's made correctly. ------------- I am leaving my original review below, but updating from five stars to two. Lately the customer service at this Starbucks has really been off. My wife ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and it came without the chocolate sprinkles. When she politely asked for them, the barista rolled their eyes and acted like it was an inconvenience. Starbucks encourages people to come in, sit, and enjoy their drinks—but service like this makes it hard to feel welcome. Definitely disappointed with this visit.
