Ordered a trenta with no ice. I walk in to get it and it’s not full to the line. I told the barista it was supposed to be a a trenta. She said well you got no ice. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where they don’t fill it up regardless of ice or no ice. So I paid for a trenta and got less than a ventj.

I went through the drive-thru to buy coffee. The person speaking through the intercom was extremely rude and yelled at me to “pull around.” When I arrived at the pickup window, I asked the employee handing me my coffee who had spoken to me through the intercom. I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks this morning. An employee named Briana raised her voice at us and responded with an attitude when we politely asked her to repeat what she had said. Her behavior made us feel disrespected and uncomfortable. I have never been treated this way at Starbucks before. I hope management addresses this situation and provides better customer-service training.
