The three that closed 2/17/25 at night rude. Although different locations close at various times and the streets cut off customers can be unaware of business hours. No signs posted. Even though they saw me turned their backs to me and the manager slammed down the metal bar that keeps the drive through window locked. I stopped for 2 Grande caramel brrulee lattes just 10 min ago. The service was great and the staff in the drive through were very friendly.. my complaint is that one of my 2 identical drinks was 2/3 the way full.. I always tip.. so I spent 15.64 on coffee.. that's bad enough.. but.. come on starbucks.. do better!!....(my response to owner comment)....I shouldn't have to go in the store or back through the drive through to have a "partner" remake my drink.
