Very nice place service helpful
I’m a loyal Starbucks customer; I usually get my coffee at this store and it used to be fine, but I don’t know what’s happened lately—my coffees taste horrible! I bought a coffee this morning and threw the whole thing out because it tasted awful; I don't know if the people making it do it badly on purpose or simply don't know how to make it. Please improve that! It’s not cheap coffee; I buy my coffee at Starbucks every day because I like it, but I am disappointed.
I'm very particular about a coffee that I'm spending a lot of money for so I EXPECT it to be Perfect & it usually is. When it's not, the staff will remake my order until it's right. The only thing I don't like is that if the product isn't made right they won't take it back. There's been a few times that I'll have up to 3 "bad" coffees in my car that I have to find a place to throw them away. All Starbucks should have a trash can outside of the store but none do. This was my first time at this location this morning and it was so pleasant! I was kinda nervous about time and being late to work but I had an extra 25 minutes and decided to get coffee. Usually in my experience, Starbucks has a reputation about taking a while to make orders due to the high volume of customers but it was in and out! The staff were so nice and friendly. Will definitely be returning! This was at 8:35am, I hope that crew gets some recognition!
