Every time i ask for light ice even with $5tip they still fill my drink with too much ice
Specifically ordered my drink with no whip cream and yet they put so much on that I had to scrape out a good chunk of my frap to get rid of the whip cream. Plus it doesn't taste right, it's like it's watered down.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer; I usually get my coffee at this store and it used to be fine, but I don’t know what’s happened lately—my coffees taste horrible! I bought a coffee this morning and threw the whole thing out because it tasted awful; I don't know if the people making it do it badly on purpose or simply don't know how to make it. Please improve that! It’s not cheap coffee; I buy my coffee at Starbucks every day because I like it, but I am disappointed.
