I have never been to a worse Starbucks than this one. My drink was basically cold foam with a splash of matcha. I had to dump out half of my drink get to the matcha is ridiculous. Walked in, said good morning, and no one could even give me a smile. My drink also had no ice and was warm. Ridiculous
I only order black coffee. It was good. Thats all I wanted. 5 stars for tasty coffee.
I have been coming to this Starbucks location on and off for over 20 years. I like to stick to the facts, and the truth is that the current team here is performing at an elite level. There are three absolute Rockstars at this location: Gee, Layla, & Ben. Whether it’s Gee’s leadership as the manager or the high-level craft and genuine 'moment of connection' provided by Layla and Ben, they represent the best of what this brand can be.
