I’m so disappointed with this particular location. I came here this morning to get my normal drink, which is what I get every Starbucks all over the place, which is a salted caramel cream, cold brew, no ice with extra foam and It tasted a little bit bitter, so I asked for extra foam on the side, until this morning. This by far is the worst Starbucks location in Sacramento.The drinks never taste.Their service is always bad. I forgot to always avoid this place
Places a Mobile order few minutes before arriving to the drive thru, I don’t expect the order to be ready by the time I pull up but the employee had an attitude telling me to do it 5 minutes before arriving, which doesn’t make sense because if I order AT the drive thru they will start it right there no? So idk what’s the point of ordering online if they are going to be saying that.
