My uncle (who is an older gentlemen like in his 80s) and I visited the Starbucks on 4204 Florin Rd and my uncle approached the supervisor and said excuse me, could he have the code to use the restroom and she told him to wait until she was done assisting the the people who were at the register. The supervisor and another cashier were at the register. My uncle began to panic because of the urgency to use the restaurant. Do you know today 5/9/26 your employee/manager. The guy that looks like a toothpick with mustache. He kicked out a family because a lil girl was crying but not making a scene. Starbucks you need to train your employees better if they have issues at home or anger issues they should not look for those kind of jobs. For me it was racist the way he talk to them so u better do your job Starbucks before someone else dos it that it's not acceptable he should be fire asap
