Dear Starbucks, please do better. When people order drinks with a dairy alternative, please pay attention. Don’t just make a drink without actually looking at the changes that are requested by the customer. have your employees retrained on actually looking at what changes the customer are asking for especially if it’s a dairy change. this is an actual health concern for the customer.
