Service is very slow and employees are very slow. If you’re gonna go get a coffee here you’ll probably wait 30 minutes in line to get helped. Customer Service is very poor as well.
Went to get a quick drink from this location like I do every single day and for some reason my simple açaí lemonade was tasting so bitter and watered down. I asked for it to be re made which they did twice and both times tasted worse then the last. The man at the window (Liam) was not helpful at all! He just stood there looking at me lost and annoyed when I asked for a refund or something to fix the situation he said nothing and just starred at my fiance and I until I started to be a little angrier he asked for the drink bac... read more
