Now, I liked this place and it has good service. A great and friendly staff. Locals come here, and employees know their names. But this is not a place to get work done. When needing a place that has wifi and to have two meetings over Teams, this is not the place! It's small and quaint, but leaves no space to meet. The music is loud, the workers drop something every five seconds, teenagers cackle and laugh, older people talk on speaker phone, and children cry. I place an online order for the drive through however, when I got to the location, the drive through was completely full and I wasn’t able to enter so I decided to park and go inside. When I got inside I went to the mobile pick up line and the staff completely ignored me once I finally spoke up that I was picking up my mobile order the girl grabbed my stuff and said this was supposed to be a drive through order and slammed by drink then threw my food onto the counter. Once again I wish to leave a "shout-out" to this Starbucks team. I can't say enough good things about Kris and her team. She and they create an environment that any visitor will attest to great customer service. Thank you Kris!!!
