I used to work at Starbucks years ago so I am very understanding when it comes to a lot of stuff. When I worked at Starbucks this location had a bad reputation for never making drinks right and now years later I happen to live right by this location so it’s super convenient to hit it on my way going anywhere. Today, I received one of the best servings of a matcha latte I have ever gotten from this Starbucks. It was so beautiful, I just couldn’t keep this soul healing experience to myself. This is my go-to Starbucks and I get a matcha latte 95% of the time. The matcha lattes are usually very milky though and I don’t really taste a lot of matcha, but today, the lovely lady who made my drink was generous with the matcha powder when making my drinks, and after just looking at it I knew my life was about to change. Friendly staff and great drinks!
I dont like to go to any Starbucks but this one! All the workers are wonderful! I walk in they know me name they all say hello, they just make you feel good...yea someday you get a off coffee and you tell them they fix it with no complaints, no attitude! It's a very nice feeling when you go somewhere and they know you! Best starbs in Jax for sure!!!
