am extremely disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit to your store. I came in to order something I get regularly — double blended ice. I have received this many times before with no issues at all. However, during this visit, the night manager told me he was “unable” to do it and that he would have to charge it as a mixed drink, even though I wasn’t ordering a mixer.
