One of the worst locations for Starbucks the manager was so rude , very bad customer service I asked if she could put my stuff in the bag she threw the bag at me and said we can’t do that . She wouldn’t say her name she said manager she needs to get fired or go back to train on how to act with customers in a respectful manner if the manager is like that don’t know how the other employees would be. She’s a horrible person

We make a drive through order yesterday, and the lady from there didn’t give us the right order also one of the coffees were empty and he partner (a lady with a piercing on the nose) was laughing about my English accent, becoming racist, It was a really bad experience in this location.

식당이나 카페에서 마주할 수 있는 내가 제일 혐오하는 인종차별 방식 중 하나는 손님이 말을 제대로 못 알아 들었을 때 느리게 말할 생각은 하지 못하고 계속해서 빠른 속도로 말하며 사람을 다그치는 것임. 딱봐도 상대가 외국인 같아 보이고, 이미 질문을 재차 요구했다는 거에서 영어로 소통하는 것이 어려움이 있다는 건데, 천천히 질문을 말할 생각은 왜 못하는거지? 이런 식의 인종차별을 혐오하는 이유는 이는 남들 눈에는 잘 안 보이는 교활한 인종차별이기 때문이지. 또한 이딴 인종차별은 단지 영어를 잘 못하는 것뿐인 외국인인 내가, 잘못한 것은 하나도 없는데 나를 주눅들게 하고 나 때문에 상대가 답답할 것 같아서 미안하다는 마음을 들게 해. 니네가 일하는 곳 근처에는 샌디에고에서 가장 큰 컨벤션 센터가 있고, 이곳에는 국제적인 학회도 많이 열려. 그러기에 외국인 고객도 많이 방문해. 근데 이딴식으로 손님을 대하면 안 되지. 니네 직원은 이곳에 일할 능력도 자격도 없어. 샌디에고에 있는 다양한 카페, 식당을 갔지만 이딴식으로 대하는 사람은 여기서... read more
