Went in for a free cup of water and the barista was rude about it
Update** I walked in for the first time today, I usually use the drive-through, and had the pleasure of meeting their manager, Tassi. He’s such a kind and friendly gentleman, and he truly made my visit more enjoyable. Everything starts with leadership, and with such a great leader, it’s no surprise the team is so wonderful. I stop by this location at least three times a week after work. My order is always spot-on, and their staff is very friendly to every customer. Keep up the good work!

Wow, the kindest costumer service. I picked up an order via drive through today 8/11/25 at 8:30am - lady who greeted me on the intercom was so lovely and kind! And especially the young man who handed me my drink! Not just normal “good” costumer service… above and beyond… smiling, greeting me so kindly. Good job whoever is hiring and take care of these employees, they are gold! I also felt bad adding in a water last minute but they were so friendly and unbothered by it.
