Workers were very nice
I have been to a thousand different starbucks locations, and this will forever be my #1 location to stop at, I've been a regular here for a while and the staff here is just absolutely amazing, they treat you like family, and always has no issue taking care of any issue that there may be, Appreciate everyone here to the fullest 👏
I order drinks and food here, so i end up getting the wrong drinks. I’ve told the 3 women their that they got the order wrong so we end up having a argument over the wrong order. Gaslighting me over a wrong order also accusing me for tossing the drink at the menu sign to which i never did. It was the worst service ive ever experienced
I ordered a latte and asked for the code to the restroom the blonde girl said, ‘I don’t know, we’ve changed the code. Thanks.’
Very disappointed with this location I was in line by speaker at 650pm no acknowledgement from any team members. I ask for assistance no answer. Drove by window and a team member with her headset on wiping counter still no response. Very disappointed and unfortunate to deal with unpleasant customer service.
