I walked into this store and needed to use the restroom, but it was locked with a code. I went to the counter and asked for access, and the employee was incredibly rude, telling me I had to make a purchase first. I explained that I was planning to buy something, but I needed to use the restroom before ordering. After making me wait for several uncomfortable seconds, she finally gave me the code. Admittingly told me they made me a TI tea instead of my requested vanilla late. When I told them to just serve me my correct order they acted like they did and gave me the TI tea as I had to drive off for work. By the time I checked I was already out of the area. Very bad service that I don’t experience at other locations
