All I have to say is Cynthia is probably the only reason I would go back to this Starbucks . She was on top of it all and doing it solo (very impressive. ) from taking orders and still making the drinks delicious. She was very friendly and what costumer service is about .
Estella was extremely rude not patient and unorganized . Someone seriously needs to train her on customer service.
