I always have a great experience when Anette is working. She’s super fast, friendly, and consistently makes delicious coffees. You can tell she really cares about her work and the customers. Keep up the great job, Anette!
The coffee is always great but what makes this Starbucks stand out is the people. Impeccable service and attitude.
This location can not make a drink correctly to save their life, then have the nerve to debate and argue with customers that the drink is made correctly. I knew my drinks were going to get, will be trash after she asked me how I wanted me drink 4x in the drive thru for a strawberry refresher and for a Carmel macchiato that was 80% milk and ice and no coffee with some Carmel sauce. I literally drive 15-20 mins to other locations when this location is only 2mins from the house walking.
Got my refund yesterday for two drinks they always taste water down the brown sugar oatmilk expresso and taste. Is not at a high quality i dont know why if it’s made during the day more than once. The picture that I uploaded is from target I can believe they make it way better than the actual store and you can see the layers in the drink the coffee isn’t water down they follow the steps, it’s target in palomar street
