My first time ever coming to Starbucks I put an order through the app and pulled up to the speaker, they were busy but the worker was super sweet and my drink was great. The second time however the worker was really upset that I had pulled up so quickly after ordering, when their drive thru was completely empty, and gave me an attitude.
