Baristas during the day are generally friendly. The evening ones aren't so. I don't think the racial bias training worked for this store branch! I noticed how these evening guys treat customers differently. Update 1: it seems like someone has been reading the reviews. There has been a drastic change lately in how the staff has been treating the customers! So I'm changing my rating from 2 to 4. Absolutely love it. Staff is amazing here. Drinks and food came on time, no wait. Would definitely come back.
I have never had issues with Starbucks before coming this location in Fairborn. I ordered 6 drinks. The guy took our order in the drive-through, he didn’t seem to be happy to be there. You could tell was having a really bad attitude. I came to the window, and I said I’ll be paying with card but I still want points on my Starbucks app. The kid at the window gave me an attitude and said you either have to pay with card, cash or app. Not both.
