If you have 25-40 minutes, this is the place for you. It doesn't matter if you mobile order or order in person. The staff explains that customers don't understand what they have to do because the people that drive thru get priority. If the drive thru times are good, the store gets recognized. I don't know why I keep going here other than it is down the street. I wait 30 minutes after I order before I leave the house.
This place will not do refills for you! Even if you’ve been coming here everyday and order the same thing and get a refill on it everyday without issue, they refuse to give you a new refill after awhile and call you a liar for it. The disrespect. The manager would even give me a refill before but I guess since I keep coming here they want me to bail or some shit. Way to treat customers Starbucks thought y’all were working on your shit to be better and make this place feel more welcoming. Not!
