Yesterday 7/7/26 around 10:50 AM I went to go get a pup cup for my dog because it was going to be my dog’s last day and I wanted to make his last day a little special. I went into the drive-through and requested a pup cup. I wasn’t going there for free. This is the only Starbucks I have been to EVER That has claimed I need to make a purchase in order to receive hot water. For my niece's bottles mind you ... The rest of my knowledge, that goes against Starbucks policy. I could be mistaken, but in Ohio I know that's the case.. assumed it would be nationwide.
