I have now twice placed mobile ordered for iced coffee and it has been ruined with extra cream when my receipt does not reflect that. Very disappointed in wasting my money to a staff that doesn’t care about the details.
Today my 11 year old daughter went in to ask for a complimentary cup of ice water while I waited in the vehicle, my daughter came out empty handed, so I asked her what happened? She said the employee told her she had to purchase something to get "free water". I decided to go in and ask myself and was told the same thing and that its policy to not give water out without making a purchase, okay fine! I just want to say to the 4 women working YOU MADE MY NIGHT. THE STRAWBERRY LEMONADE WAS THE BEST ONE I HAD EVERY IN HISTORY. EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH AND TASTEFULLY. DONT GET MY STARTED ON THE ICE WATER BLEND. THE STAFF.. DON'T GET ME STARTED ON THE STAFF... THEY WERE ALL AMAZING.. Y'ALL WERE FAST FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT.
